Summer Days

This summer we had summer full of different camps. Not much different than any other summer for our family. Spencer plays high school football and has camps going on in the summer with football practice and two a days. Alexis cheers for the 8th grade middle school football team. This year her squad went to Mizzou (University of Missouri) for cheer camp. The same cheer camp Erica went to as a high school cheerleader. She had a great time even though she broke two of her toes. The coaches would update me often to let me know she was a trooper and insisted on doing the cheers and chants. Stunting , tumbling, & jumps were off limits to her. They felt extra lucky because they were the only middle school squad that attending with all high school squads. She learned a lot!

They also get the opportunity to walk in the community parade with all the high school cheerleaders. She really enjoys it and is really taking after her big sister, Erica. As well as Spencer taking after Quinn. Thanks Quinn & Erica for being such good role models to both Spencer & Alexis.
