Summer went so fast... it always flies by for me. We stayed home for the most part. It's hard to travel when you have children in High School and are involved in sports.
Dave was able to go on a little trip to California to visit his mission and help Quinn and Erin move. They had a fun time together and were able to visit & say good-bye to Erin's Mom (Vana), Grandma & Grandpa Kendall, Erica, Tony, Landon, and Emma. The moved cross country... starting from California... to St. George... to Orem... to Salt Lake... pack up their belongings from ther strorage unit in Salt Lake. They drove all the way to St. Louis without any stops... but for gas & a bite to eat. 21 hours later, they were here. They made pretty good time, considering driving the big moving truck and their car attached to the truck. Quinn & Erin stayed here for a couple of days to get rested, before they headed out for the rest of their move to Naples, Florida. They got settled and flew back out to St. Louis to visit us for 10 days, YEAH!
We had a hot, but fun summer!
