Halloween

This Halloween was different from any Halloween Dave and I have experienced since Quinn was born. We had not a single child dress up this year! So Sad! I didn't have any pictures to take, even sadder. It felt very different for me not to get anyone ready for the night. Spencer had a football game. Alexis went to her friends house to spend the night. When we got home from Spencer's game I threw together my "special" chili recipe, drove Spencer over to a party that one of his friends was having. Came home, ate chili while answering the door for trick or treaters. What a quiet night........ well, after the trick or treaters stopped coming to our door. We didn't even get the chance to visit in our culdesac with all our neighbors. With the bonfire going, a long tradition for our neighbors. Our children are growing up!

I do have a picture of the cutest monster ever! Thanks Erica for posting it for me. Dave and I thought about him all night, wishing he was here!
