Welcome Thanksgiving..... Gobble Gobble Gobble.....

Thanksgiving is approaching fast. I'm still enjoying these warm, indian summer days in St Louis. We don't take them for granted with the lower humidity. Love, love, love these days and nights. I always say, we have "Utah weather today, hooray!" You can go outside and not sweat by just opening the door. I really don't think anyone enjoys the feel of humidity, but it has it's perks..... soft skin, no dry eyes, hair can stay curly, no noise bleeds & women have a excuse not to wear makeup some days...... because if you put it on, it will sweat off anyway, right?! Okay, I'm side tracking BIG time.
I love Thanksgiving time. I love how family gets together, the laughter, watching the Macy's parade on TV, the football games in the yard or on TV, the smell of candles, Dave always baking the BESTEST turkey EVER, the smell of turkey baking, decorating the table beautifully, eating by candle light... even in the day, going to the movies, pigging out one day of the year and not filling guilty, listening to Christmas music in the background while eating our feast, knowing Christmas is just around the corner.......... MY MOST FAVORITE HOLIDAY EVER and most importantly, our family reflecting on the year for the many blessing we have been blessed with. Also, a tradition at our dinner table, we each tell 3 things we love about each family member and how it has blessed our lives.
